Just PROPR.
PROPR is cold brew made in Aurora, Nebraska. Small batch, steeped slow, delivered fresh. No storefront, no drive-thru, no middleman — just good coffee, straight to your door.
The idea is simple: make cold brew the way it's supposed to taste, price it so anyone can afford it, and make every batch worth paying attention to. That last part is where the artists come in.
Every month, a new batch. Every batch, new art from a local artist.
We work with artists from Aurora and Hamilton County to create original label art for every drop. Same great coffee — completely new look every month. It turns a beverage into something you want to collect, share, and talk about.
PROPR is cottage food licensed under Nebraska law (LB262, 2024). That means everything is made in a home kitchen, sold direct to you, and delivered by the person who brewed it. That's not a workaround — that's the point.
How It's Made
Grind
Coarse ground, measured to a precise ratio for each brew style.
Steep
16-20 hours in cold filtered water. No heat, no rush.
Filter
Double filtered through mesh and cheesecloth for clarity.
Bottle
Bottled same day, labeled, refrigerated, and delivered within 7 days.
